Andreas Lindell, a sophomore from Helsingborg Skane, Sweden earned his second CACC Player of the Week for the week ending April 24th.
Lindell, who earned his first Player of the Week accolade back on April 4th, went 3-0 in doubles with David Tisserand and 2-0 in singles for the week. Lindell collected a win over Queens in the beginning of the week in singles and then went on to score a 6-0; 6-0 in his singles match during the CACC Championship. With the wins in doubles and the singles win, Lindell helped the Clippers capture their second consecutive CACC Championship.
Lindell's doubles partner, David Tisserand, earned an honorable mention for the week with his work on the doubles court. Adding to the 3-0 doubles record for the week, Tisserand was just a couple games short of finishing in both the CACC Semifinal round and the Championship match when the Clippers captured their fifth team point.
Lindell, Tisserand and the rest of the Clippers will head to the NCAA Regional Tournament on May 1st through May 3rd.
