Junior guard Nicole Nicholson (Staten Island, N.Y.) sparks the defense with 2.4 steals, tied for the third-best rate within the league, and chips in 10.5 points while sophomore forward Jordyn Hornbuckle (Hopkinsville, Ky.) pulls down a team-high 4.6 rebounds.

Southern Conn. State (7-4) hosts Concordia after a 69-63 setback at Chestnut Hill College on Saturday, Dec. 15. The Owls average 63.4 points on a .372 clip with 34.6 points, 13.1 assists, 9.5 steals and 1.5 blocks.
